Dr Weiguang Cui

Weiguang Cui is a research fellow in the Departamento de Fisica Teorica at Universidad Autonoma de Madrid. His research interests are mainly in using numerical simulations to understand the formation and evolution of galaxies, galaxy clusters, large-scale structures and the Universe. He is the PI of the300 galaxy cluster project and a contributor to the SIMBA simulation project. He is also interested in solving the problems in astrophysics and cosmology with the state-of-the-art machine learning techniques.
