RAS Sustainability and Net Zero
The Royal Astronomical Society recognises the urgency of the climate emergency and the impact that global heating is likely to have on humanity and the whole natural world.
With that in mind, the RAS adopted a sustainability policy in 2023, linked below, setting out our approach to reducing our carbon emissions in line with the goals agreed at successive United Nations Climate Change Conferences.
