The forthcoming Gaia DR4 will provide an unprecedented view of the Milky Way, while major spectroscopic surveys such as WEAVE and 4MOST will deliver complementary chemical and kinematic information for millions of stars. Together, these datasets are transforming our ability to reconstruct the formation and evolution of our Galaxy. This meeting will bring together observers, theorists, and simulation experts to discuss the opportunities enabled by the combination of Gaia DR4 and next-generation spectroscopic surveys. Topics will include the assembly of the stellar halo, the chemo-dynamical evolution of the Galactic disc and bulge, and the interpretation of these observations in the context of numerical simulations. The programme will include overview talks on Gaia DR4, WEAVE, 4MOST, and simulations, followed by contributed presentations showcasing emerging results in Galactic archaeology.
