Room hire

Fellows can use the rooms free of charge, provided that the planned activities are related to the aims of the Society. There is a discounted rate for charities, with a registered charity number.

In all cases users must adhere to the General Conditions and Code of Conduct, and complete a Room Booking Form in advance. To check availability, make a booking, or request further information please contact jshaper@ras.ac.uk

Use of the rooms for filming may also be arranged by application to Jessica Shaper (jshaper@ras.ac.uk) for the Council Room.

Current charges

Prices include the use of the multimedia and audio-visual equipment in each room.

Lecture Theatre - capacity 100 people

Please note no food or drink is permitted in our Lecture Theatre at any time.

Council Room - capacity 23 people

Catering

For meetings of 8 or more participants, catering is served by catering staff provided by the Society (prices in booking form).

Notes

The Society is not licensed to sell alcoholic drinks.
